I am a Registered Practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Classical Homeopath focused on women’s health. I love to empower people to care for themselves and their families by listening to the wisdom of their own body and gently nudging them towards a greater expression of freedom and health though natural medicine, acupuncture and awareness.
Uniquely trained over the span of two decades with a five year Doctorate of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a six month mentorship in Advanced Classical Acupuncture, and a four year professional degree in Homeopathic Medicine, my intent is to bring the best of traditional and modern energetic therapies to help people empower and heal themselves in alignment with nature. I am grateful to all my teachers for their generous cultivation.
I’ve successfully treated hormonal imbalances, autoimmune conditions, chronic degenerative disease, digestive issues, insomnia, anxiety and depression, mothers to-be, injuries and chronic pain.
Some of my biggest joys are being the proud mother of a 24 year old daughter, splitting my time between city and country life, and deepening my connection to nature and it’s splendour.

I am a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (R.TCM.P) with the College of Complimentary Health Professions of BC (CCHPBC.) I practice Classical Chinese Medicine, and I use a whole-person lens in treating illness and pain, which includes the emotional and mental health effects of our embodied experiences. I work with Acupuncture, Moxibustion, Cupping Therapy, Gua Sha, Tui Na (massage), herbal medicine, and dietary and lifestyle suggestions, depending on what will be most beneficial to each person.
